• For the USA and its Territories, $0.00 - $25.00 = $6.25; $25.01 - $50.00 = $9.25; $50.01 - $100.00 = $13.50; $100.01 - 200.00 = $16.75; $200.01 or more = $2.99.
• For Canadian destinations, add 20% plus $4.00 handling fee.
